Customer Co-creation
The purpose of the Customer Co-creation program is to deeply understand customer needs and intentions, then drive the feedback into the development of new Cloud and AI services or product offerings that help you better achieve business and productivity goals. In short, it gives you the chance to help influence service and product development before a single line of code is written.

- Feedback sharing: You agree to share your key business challenges, areas of opportunity, and suggestions.
- Role and expertise: You are in a role using technologies that are relevant for the feedback sessions, though you are not required to use Microsoft technologies.
