Hi, Office Insiders! We are excited to share that support for paging on video gallery in Teams meetings is now available in Teams Public Preview.

Paging through the video gallery in meetings

Ever wanted to see more videos than the ones displayed in gallery view in your Teams meeting? Well, now you can! Use the navigation controls that appear to view video participants that do not appear on the first page of the meeting stage.

NOTE: The maximum number of videos shown at one time in the meeting stage can vary depending on your device configuration, internet bandwidth, and whether content is being shared.

How it works

Whenever you attend a meeting during which more attendees have turned their camera than can be shown, click the navigation controls located either:

  • at the bottom of the meeting stage if no content is being shared.

Paging on video gallery

  • on either side of the video gallery, when the gallery is on the top, if content is being shared.
  • at the bottom of displayed videos, when the gallery is on the side, if content is being shared.
